Loomis—Pay is an ambitious startup funded by Loomis Group, aiming to offer an all-in-one payment setup for shops, cafés and restaurants all over the world.

We’re looking for a curious and hands-on individual to support our commercial team for a project-based role until January 2026. This is a unique opportunity to apply your tech-savvy mindset in a real business context — helping us improve how we bring products to market, streamline operations, and find more efficient ways of working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
What you’ll be up to
You’ll support our Commercial Excellence function by working cross-functionally with teams across sales, product, operations, and marketing. The focus is on helping us improve how we bring solutions to market and drive growth, and you will be a vital part in supporting decision making through data and business case development.
You’ll be involved in areas like:
- Supporting go-to-market planning and execution for new launches
- Creating tools, decks, and materials to support sales and client engagement
- Identifying and realizing improvements of internal processes and ways of working
- Running analysis and helping improve commercial reporting dashboards
Who you are
mapYou're at an early stage of your career with probably 1-3 years of experience working with business development, process improvements, or data analysis. You have a strong interest in technology — whether it’s coding at home, automation, AI, or digital tools — and you want to try out and validate that knowledge to real business challenges. You enjoy thinking critically about how things work and how they could work better. You're the kind of person who asks “why” and “what if,” and takes ownership to test smarter, more efficient ways of working.
You’re analytical, hands-on, and ready to make a difference from day one.
Your background and skills
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience from business development, process optimization or project management
- A strong interest in applying AI and other technologies to gain efficiencies
- Comfortable using Excel, perhaps even SQL, and Power-BI
- Structured with an analytical mindset – you like digging into data and pulling out insights
- Fluent in English and native in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
- Strong interest in the tech, fintech or the payment space
Employment
Full-time employment from summer 2025 to end of January 2026 - with opportunity for fulltime employment if there is a strong fit.
We will perform a background check on the final candidate.
