As a Client Executive, you will be part of a growing team focused on providing financing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building long-term relationships, and assessing their financing needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Acquiring new SME clients and proactively growing your customer portfolio
Advising clients on financing solutions and structuring loan proposals
Managing the lending process end-to-end, including initial prospecting, needs analysis, and credit application
Collaborating across teams to continuously improve our offering and client experience

On a personal level
We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to combine financial expertise with a client-centric approach. You are proactive, self-driven, and motivated by results but equally committed to building trust and long-term value for your clients.
We believe you have:
Around 5 years of experience in corporate lending, ideally with a focus on SMEs
Proven ability to acquire and develop business clients, with an established network in the industry that you actively use to create business opportunities and expand our client base
Strong understanding of credit processes and financing solutions,
A structured, goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
Fluency in Swedish and English
