The itinerary includes the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bermuda, Azores, Galapagos, Pacific, New Zealand, and Japan, with plans for multiple circumnavigations over the next 7–8 years. Approximately 2.5 months per year will be spent on charter.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience as captain on similar-sized sailing yachts, proven leadership and crew management skills, minimum requirements are YM Ocean minimum and AEC1 and 2. Strong engineering knowledge, great service standards, and experience in water sports operations are essential.
This position could be open to a couple. There is a preference for a multi-language crew, English, Spanish, Russian. Start date is end of September to Mid-October.
