TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Buyer for the APAC region to join our team full-time in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, selecting, and managing seasonal assortments for the APAC market to support our commercial and brand goals. You will work closely with teams across the business to drive strong product performance and ensure alignment across all channels. This position reports to the Head of Buying.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage product assortments based on store type, brand direction, and market needs.
- Participate in seasonal buying and finalize orders according to the buying calendar.
- Monitor sales, stock, and sell-through; identify actions to optimize performance.
- Prepare and analyze reports to support product decisions and assortment planning.
- Coordinate new season deliveries and product launches across channels.
- Align with Retail, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and PR to support campaigns and product pushes.
- Manage inter-market transfers, exclusives, and inventory levels across regions.
- Gather market and customer feedback and provide insights for future buys.
- Support product training and contribute to key cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s sustainability strategy through conscious buying decisions.
Your Profile
- Experienced in buying or merchandising within the APAC market, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, sales trends, and consumer insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including use of PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
- Proven ability to build well-balanced assortments aligned with brand and customer profiles.
- Experience in order entry, reporting, and presentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and an understanding of how market shifts impact buying decisions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm Head office, with a start date as soon as possible. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
