Tjänsten är på 14h/veckan där du kommer jobba helg varannan vecka.
Som säljare hos oss har du i första hand ansvar för att varje kund känner sig välkommen och möts av den bästa tänkbara servicen - Passion for Selling.
Vi tror att du är en person som är resultatinriktad, driven och som älskar mötet med kunden. Du är flexibel, lyhörd och vill utvecklas inom försäljning direkt till kund. Vi är i Sverige inom detaljhandeln bäst på kundmöten (Better Business-index 2023). Du erbjuds en utmanande roll i ett 375-årigt internationellt framgångsrikt företag med fantastiska varumärken!
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
- Personlig försäljning och kundservice - vi utbildar dig inom vårt eget framgångsrika försäljningsverktyg Passion for Selling.
- Kassaarbete
- Upplockning och påfyllning av varor
- Daglig skötsel av butiken
- Delaktighet och uppföljning av butikens nyckeltal
- Vara en god företagsambassadör samt värna om våra varumärkens historia
Utbildning-/krav
- Meriterande är erfarenhet av detaljhandeln, helst inom design, inredning eller mode där servicekänsla är av största vikt.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal & skrift är krav, fler språk är meriterande.
- Butikens öppettider är 05:00 till 22:00 året runt. Vi söker någon som kan jobba både öppnings-och stängningsskift.
- Alla kandidater måste genomgå grundlig bakrundskontroll och säkerhetsprövning som utförs av Transportstyrelsen och Fiskars Group.
- Ålderskrav för tjänsten är minst 18 år

- Du är eller vill bli en passionerad Mumin-säljare som lägger ned mycket energi i ditt arbete.
- Du är teamorienterad - laget före jaget och gläds av andras framgångar
- Du har god kommunikationsförmåga
