Assignment Overview:
We are looking for a Business Support Consultant to provide proactive support in daily sales operations. This role will contribute to commercial initiative follow-up, internal coordination, and handling tasks related to delivery performance, sales tools, and economic support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate documentation and track delivery-related deviations and financial impacts
Support e-Sales Directors and other stakeholders with operational alignment and issue resolution
Prepare materials and follow up on ongoing commercial initiatives and key decisions
Assist with internal reporting and task coordination across teams
Contribute to continuous improvement in sales operations processes
Requirements:
University degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
Structured, business-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Previous experience in the commercial vehicle or e-mobility industry is a plus
Language requirement: Swedish and English
Merits (Preferred Skills):
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI and Power Apps
Background in Pre-Sales/Sales processes
Familiarity with financial modeling (e.g., TCO, Residual Value)
Prior experience in the commercial vehicle industry
