We are now hiring a commercially sharp and strategically minded Business Development Manager to help drive growth and shape the future of one of our most business critical areas – Service & Aftermarket in the Land Vehicles Segment.
About the position
As Business Development Manager at Dometic, you will play a key role in driving global growth for our Land Vehicles Segment. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, with a strong focus on the strategically important Service and Aftermarket business. Your insights and recommendations will directly support strategic decision-making at the executive level and contribute to long-term business success. Based at our HQ office in Stockholm, you will report directly to the Segment President for the global segment – Land Vehicles.
Your main responsibilities
- Market Insights & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer and consumer needs to support strategic planning and identify areas for potential growth and innovation.
- Strategic Development: Build business cases and evaluate new opportunities, contributing to long-term planning and decision-making across the segment.
- Growth Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally to support the development and execution of initiatives that drive business expansion and enhance customer value.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management. Facilitate alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners.

A suitable background would be 5–8+ years of experience in business development or management consulting, ideally within an industrial or technical sector, as well as possessing the following qualifications and experiences:
- Academic degree in Business Administration or Engineering from a top-tier university or business school.
- Experience in a commercial capacity (portfolio, product management, sales or service), preferably in a service and aftermarket intensive industry.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and business case modelling expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level interaction.
- Fluent in English. German or other EMEA languages are a plus.
