Business Developer / Project Lead
As Business Developer / Project Lead at NA-KD, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech and play a key part in making sure ideas are clearly defined, strategically prioritized, and ready for execution. Reporting to the Head of Tech, you’ll own the process from early-stage idea to handover to the development team, helping us work smarter, faster, and with greater impact.
Your Responsibilities
Business Case Development
- Support teams in defining business challenges, goals, risks, and success metrics.
- Ensure all initiatives are evaluated based on tangible business value and feasibility.
Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Coordination
- Identify impacted teams early in the process.
- Run workshops or meetings to gather requirements and expectations.
- Document dependencies, technical limitations, and responsibilities.
Project Coordination
- Manage initiatives from idea through to tech handover.
- Drive clarity, secure outstanding input, and ensure updated documentation.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Develop templates and tools for business case creation.
- Share knowledge to raise the overall quality and maturity of initiatives creation, planning and requirement gathering
Your past & your skills
- + 2 years of experience working in business development, product, or project leadership in tech-oriented environments.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills and comfortable running meetings, workshops, and building consensus
- A structured approach to problem-solving with an eye for both business value and technical feasibility.
- A proactive mindset. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and take ownership from day one.
- Experience in building processes or/and tools to support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
