Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze data using Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends and insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Spot potential challenges in business processes and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, systems, and workflows.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for database querying and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to smash through complex challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Full Drivers license preferred
