Job Summary
Processing Solutions and Equipment’s mission is to be the integrated industrial food solutions provider by: delivering competitive integrated food and liquid food solutions that satisfy a customer's own market need; Across relevant categories, delivering processing excellence; Using automation and digital to improve total-cost-of-ownership and quality for customers by delivering integrated line solutions, value chain solutions, and customer systems; Maximising sales through both our own and third party channels.
Overview of the Position:
Within the PSE Finance & Supplier Management team, we are now looking for a Business Analyst, that will be responsible for global financial analysis of few areas within the Business Sector Liquid Food Solutions. The position reports to the Business Controller, LFS (Liquid Food Solutions) & Finance Manager.
This position will be preferably based in Lund.
What you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Opportunities and Smart Sales analysis for the different categories, driving data accuracy and group margin improvements
- Support the Global LFS (Liquid Food Solutions) business controllers and management with sound analysis and reports
- Support the annual financial planning, forecasting & 3-year financial business planning process for the LFS (Liquid Food Solutions) Sector
- Support the implementation of BI tools and drive simplification and standardization of the processes/procedures
- Beyond the global responsibilities listed, the role will actively support LFS (Liquid Food Solutions) Management in clearly defined focus areas
We believe you have
Education and Languages:
- You have a Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with qualifications or experience in Business Control.
- You have strong IT skills (especially SAP R/3, BI and Power BI), and you are accustomed to Microsoft Office software.
- You have a strong passion for working with data analytics, open to test and use of modern platforms like KNIME. You have a proactive mindset, always open to new ideas that streamline and enhance our ways of working.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Processing equipment, Packaging Equipment and Service business knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus.
Professional Skills and Experience:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of Business Control experience.
Personal Qualifications:
- You are proactive, result-driven and a natural simplifier. You can connect strategy with daily operations. You are a good collaborator. You have strong communication and informal leadership skills.
- The position involves less than 15% travelling.
