We are looking for an Industrial IoT software engineer with strong experience on solution development on Azure IoT to develop IIoT solutions in Volvo group.
In Digital & IT organization, “IOT deliveries” department is the expertise D&IT department for Industrial IoT.
We manage:
- development of main Volvo group IIoT solutions
- support / train Volvo group employees in the implementation of IIoT initiatives in factories
- scaling IIoT in Volvo group
- exploration of future IIoT use case or capability
The assignment is to:
- develop IIoT applications on Azure with very high quality standard
- be part or lead some IoT projects for any unit in Volvo group (Trucks factories, VCE factories, Penta factories, Real estate, Engineering dpt,...)
- support / train Volvo group employees in the implementation of IIoT initiatives in factories
- Recommend support factories which have ambitions to continue deployment of IIoT
- create & maintain some best practices guidelines on IIoT
- Be a leader in proposing new areas of exploration in IIoT
Competences on:
o Industrial IoT: Microsoft Azure IoT
o Web technologies: JavaScript frameworks, .Net, React JS
o Machine Learning programming in Python
o Basic knowledge about data analytics,
o Basic knowledge in the area of Automatics, Robotics and Electronics.
Experience:
- Experience in full stack development (Front-End and Back-End) ... Ideally in React JS and .Net
- IT development skills to manage all phases of a software development life cycle with high quality standards (business analysis, development, test, deployment, follow-up)
Skills:
- Motivation to digitalize Volvo manufacturing sites (industry 4.0 transformation)
- Team player dynamism inside IoT adoption team and in Volvo IoT community
- Mindset to stay ahead and be innovative thinker.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 400,00kr - 450,00kr per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
