The Associate Global Product manager for WBC, QC and Accessories is responsible for for the development and execution of the Product Lines strategies to drive global market share and revenue growth.
This position reports to the Director of Global Product Management and is part of the Global Product Management Team located in Ängelholm, Sweden and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop & maintain expert knowledge of global market development, relevant clinical and technical trends and competitive development within the relevant areas
- Be responsible for the product life cycle i.e. identify needs for new offerings, changes in design, expanded offerings and eventually phase outs as described in the PLM process
- Develop, together with the MARCOM Tean, marketing and sales promotion material needed to effectively support sales on a global basis
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 1-3 years of Product Management related work experience
- Ability to communicate with and gain confidence of KOLs and clinical experts
- Business and results oriented, creative person with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, decisions and activities also in the absence of formal authority
- Fluent in English, one more language would be a plus
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel worldwide up to 15%
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience from the medical device industry is a plus, and, if applicable, experience from related industry or relevant health care profession
