Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess gaps between current governance frameworks and the requirements of the AI Act and other relevant external regulations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders in the first line of defense to align proposals and coordinate implementation activities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders in the second line of defense to secure alignment and approval for implementation plans.
- Develop an implementation roadmap and oversee execution of activities in accordance with AI Act milestones.
- Create awareness and training materials, and facilitate training sessions across relevant teams.
- Prepare high-quality decision-making materials for senior management review.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the AI Act and other relevant regulations impacting AI initiatives within large banking environments.
- Proven experience leading high-profile initiatives in large enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated track record in managing regulatory programs and projects.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and building consensus across diverse groups.
