In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Play a pivotal role in governing and directing the bank's end-to-end insurance back-end solutions, ensuring they effectively address both internal and external business needs.
Work alongside Business Process Owners, steering the direction of 'how' and 'when' new or evolving requirements are brought to production.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all changes related to Swedbank’s outsourcing partner FNZ, Swedbank integrated teams within your E2E solution area. Ensure that every change is promptly and accurately implemented, in accordance with the bank’s governance processes.
Manage continuous improvements within the solution's entirety, from regular maintenance and issue resolution to overall enhancement and support.
Continuously adapt and evolve to the ever-changing landscape of the insurance industry, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness.
Make a real impact by having a direct and tangible influence on the bank's direction, ensuring our IT solutions within Insurance are robust, efficient, and in line with the highest standards of excellence.

What is needed in this role:
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience working with IT within the financial sector (business analyst, architect, product owner, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Swedish and English (written and oral).
A well-structured approach and full ownership of your End-to-End processes from an IT perspective, including coordination with process owners and business – ensuring the E2E processes support the customer journeys.
Knowledge within the Investment Advice, Portfolio Construction and Portfolio Management area
Relevant experience working with sustainability for investments and mutual funds.
Strong skills in business requirement analysis ultimately that’s what we do, we gather business needs, and we interpret it into IT requirements.
Good/Excellent skills of stakeholder management >> interact with stakeholders with different level of IT knowledge, facilitate workshops with stakeholders from different parts of the organisation and from vendor.
Good/Excellent skills in process definition/review and documenting and reading data flows.
Ability to quickly interpret solution descriptions and understand how different systems interacts and works together.
Basic skills of SQL
To be able to understand and support in incident investigations.
Strong sense of ownership and solution and results oriented.
