Senior People Generalist

We are looking for a Senior People Generalist who wants to strengthen our People team. We are on a growth journey and that means that you constantly will be facing new problems, challenges and tricky situations. We need someone who loves challenges and someone who sees all the individual growth opportunities that come naturally by working in an environment like ours. What you will do
To be successful in the role, you must be solution-oriented and seek pragmatic ways forward. You break down complex problems into manageable components that you solve together with the team. You challenge the status quo with actionable suggestions for improvement and seek new ways to do things smarter. You are good at prioritizing your time and you can easily handle multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
Being structured is part of your DNA and you cannot wait to get started on creating structure, order, and improving processes for all people-related processes on a global level. You are detail-oriented and see things that others miss. You are creative and understand the importance of helping managers and the People team to come up with solutions when we face problems. You always move forward, even when things are uncertain and you always find things to improve. Most importantly, you understand that the nature in this role is a combination of short-term and long-term tasks and that’s what you love about the job.
As a Senior People Generalist in the people team, you will:
Support managers and employees with daily people-related questions
Inform, guide, and advise employees and managers on all areas of people programs, policies, and procedures relating to the employee life cycle
Work with topics as labor law and work environment
Make recommendations for, and implement, people process improvements
Support, lead and implement projects when needed of local and global people programs and projects in a timely and consistent manner
Guide and support in benefits and insurance set-up for each of Tink’s markets
Making our People team become more data-driven that will help our organization and business and other common People's administrative tasks

Your future team: You will be a part of the People Operations team at Tink and work closely with your colleagues as People Generalists and Payroll Partners. Together you will handle all people-related questions and projects in the 10+ countries where Tink has employees. The People Operations team is a part of the People team that also consists of People Development and Talent Acquisition.
In the People Operations team, everyone is prestigeless and supports each other where it is needed. We value communication, collaboration and honesty and always help a colleague in need. We care for each other and we have fun together! The team works closely and helps each other with tricky problems and gives each other input on things the team is working on. To thrive in our team you must be a true collaborator. You must also be open, communicative, and positive, even when we phase difficult situations and problems.
What we’re looking for
You probably have a few years of experience and a relevant education. Being fluent and very comfortable working in both English and Swedish is a requirement for this role as you will have daily contact with employees and stakeholders in all our markets. You should be eligible to work in Sweden.
What you need to be successful as a Senior People Generalist:
Experience to work towards European markets supporting in employee matters. Extra meritorious with experience from UK and Poland
Experience or education in labor law
Experience working with the full employee lifecycle, such as on- and onboarding, work environment, policies, work permit support, benefits etc.
Having experience working with data, and reports and getting insights
