Diagonal Bio AB (Diagonal) is developing a novel ground-breaking diagnostics platform for fast, accurate and easy-to-use detection essentially any infectious disease pathogen.

The company was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 with the vision to limit the spread of infectious disease world-wide by creating an easy-of-use, cost-effective, quick and accurate diagnostic platform – essentially bringing the gold standard of infectious disease testing to point-of-care (POC).

Diagonal's HQ is based at Medicon Village in Lund. The company is in an expansive phase and is developing quickly.

Diagonal is now looking for a Project & Office Coordinator. This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled and experienced team. It is also an opportunity to grow within Diagonal and be a part of daily decision-making processes. The Project & Office Coordinator will report directly to the CEO.

As a Project & Office Coordinator you will be responsible for follow-up, coordination and administrate existing and new projects. In addition, you will be responsible for all administration and ad hoc tasks including assisting the CEO and function as a central connection point in Diagonal.

Responsibilities (not-limited-to):

  • Project management, internal and external
  • Coordinate, review and revise written material
  • Coordinate and keep track of grant and funding opportunities
  • Perform continuous follow-up´s and updates on existing and new projects
  • Assist the CEO
  • Take care of administrative tasks e.g., invoice handling
  • Support and coordinate other tasks as required

Education and Experience

You have a relevant post-secondary education and preferably you have some years work experience from a similar company and tasks. It is an advantage if you have experience from working with med tech and/or diagnostics. You are familiar and confident with project planning, project management, grant/funding opportunities, administrative tasks.

You are easygoing, positive and energetic and can easily communicate with people at all levels i.e., including internal team members and external partners and collaborators.

You have solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).
