We are looking for a temporary substitute for our colleague Martina during her parental leave for the period 2021-07-06 to 2022-09-01. We are looking for a person who is a master in coordination, that like variation in the daily work and have a desire to constantly work with improvements and service.

You will be a part of the Facility Management team of 7 employees with different background and competences. In your role you will manage and follow up on projects in various departments and act as a general support for any issues that arise. You will do planning, coordination and organization of all supporting activities towards the Head of Global R&D, R&D Directors and section Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Administrator for Antura
  • Administrate time reporting in Antura
  • Administrative support to Project managers, Section managers and R&D management team
  • Administrate departmental projects and run your own projects within departments, often at the same time.
  • Administrate the Intranet & SharePoint: publishing Divisional News, updating sites for the departments
  • Actively participate in budget processes
  • Responsible for dealing with external partners
  • Streamline administrative procedures for Internal Service

Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge in English and Swedish, both spoken and written is a demand
  • Very good IT-knowledge and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Antura
  • Knowledge in SharePoint
  • Experience from similar duties
