Email Specialist - & Other Stories

  • You will be working in a team of digital marketing specialists and reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Together with our email team members, you will align email content and communication with the strategy and secure relevancy towards chosen target groups and set business goals
  • Plan, execute and send out our weekly newsletters
  • Identify opportunities to grow our subscription database and improve our onboarding journey
  • Work with a data driven approach to define and analyse email channel performance and share key learnings across the organization
  • Drive incidents and areas of improvement towards our IT and digital development organization
  • Drive work towards internal content teams with goal to optimize copy, content, key messaging, landing pages based on the customer behavior in the email channel
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams (PR, Digital Marketing, Store & Ecom Sales & Merchandising teams, Creative teams) and Local Markets in order to align email communication with our overall activity calendar
  • You will work within one of &Other Stories most expansive areas, which also requires a willingness to contribute to building new processes, set new way of workings and proactively share key insights with the rest of the teams
Qualifications

We would love to meet someone who has:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience of working with newsletter communication and/or email marketing campaigns
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capability to create a great customer experience and efficient communication, that aligns with our business goals by combining visual content, clear messaging and great product presentation
  • Structured and organized, project management & coordination skills
  • A team player, that loves interacting with many different stakeholders to align copy, products and content with set goals
  • You are strategic, yet hands on and have a large portion of common sense. You are flexible and comfortable switching between strategic work and hands-on execution
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Analytical, consumer obsessed, and data driven in everything you do
  • A crush on fashion is a plus

Appreciated additional skills:

  • Experience from working with retail brands
  • Relevant education within marketing, communication or equivalent
  • Additional languages such as German or French
  • Experience in Content Management Systems and Email systems such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience manager or similar
  • Experience from Google Analytics or similar analysis tools

This is a full-time permanent position located in Kungsholmen, Stockholm with start date; as soon as possible.
