We are looking for a Documentation Specialist with passion for documentation and communication. You will be the specialist supporting others to manage documentation in a secure way. You will serve as a change agent within the business Quality and Continuous Improvement function, where you continually challenge conventional thinking and drive improvement of the document management and quality culture.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain the document management system, develop documentation management process and support the organization with expertise
  • Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams to be better equipped for leading the documentation management system
  • Understand the organization’s vision, objectives and development needs and suggest actions for improvement
  • Work directly with stakeholders to achieve profitable execution.
  • Live Hitachi ABB Power Grids’ core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background

  • We highly value experience from managing Documentation systems
  • We see that you have a mindset of a Change Agent, challenging conventional thinking and a passion for structure and documentation
  • You have great oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts
  • Fluency in English written and spoken alike is required, Swedish language is meriting
  • You have preferably a Bachelor´s degree in informatics, engineering, or corresponding competence
