The Customer Care team at Vagabond Shoemakers is looking for a new dedicated:

You will be a part of a service focused and professional team who guide and help our consumers from all over the world. Our key language is English, but we are focusing on local language customer service for some major markets, one of them France where we are about to get started. You will be supporting our e-store consumers via mail, chat and phone and handle pre-sale inquiries such as sizing, availability and shipping options, and also questions regarding deliveries, payments, returns and claims. Our team also handle and re-direct other corporate requests within the company.

You will be working in multiple systems, our business system Navision as well as our customer service platform. It’s an advantage if you have similar experience, and/or is a keen learner. We also see that you are comfortable in keeping several dialogues going and always seek to understand and produce quick responses to our Vagabond consumers in an open-minded way. You are fluent in both English and French and if you, just like us, love fashion and would like to join a great team, we think you will thrive with us!

The job is to begin with part time, about 10-20 hours a month. You will be located at our head office in Varberg, Sweden, a home office arrangement may also be considered.
