As part of our ambition to maintain our globally recognised position as a leader in Data and Analytics and as the go-to Insight Provider and a leading innovation and transformation partner - we have established a Customer and Insights Centre in Lindholmen Göteborg. The KPMG Lindholmen location will serve as a Nordic focal point for bringing innovative and dynamic Data and Analytics solutions to our clients.

One of KPMGs global strategic investments is the development of Insight Centres (visualisation studios). Globally, KPMG has launched a network of 20 centres; amongst others in Milan, London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Paris and New York. Sweden has just recently opened up for business.

The Customer and Insights Centre has been designed with customer experience and collaboration as its core principles. The centre differentiates itself from the traditional meeting room look and feel and focuses on innovation and being a digital collaborative workspace for executives to accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

Based in Göteborg, you will work with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about their ideas in supporting clients to meet and exceed their potential. You will:

  • Support and organise client workshops, this will include all types of preparation of presentations and documentation of sessions, from pre sales to delivery

  • Support in Data & Analytics projects, from exploration phase to development of specific client tailored applications and solutions

  • Support the Insights Centre Manager in the development capabilities, implementation demos and methodology across the organisation

  • Support in client transformation and innovation projects as well as the development of various industry and ecosystem initiatives

  • Responsible for the compliance of house rules and the operation of the centre and partnerships


If you are a curious and creative thinker and are passionate about helping our teams to prepare and conduct client engagements, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. What we are looking for:

  • A curious mind, somebody who is eager to learn, grow and contribute to the success of our clients

  • University degree in data science and business analytics, industrial engineering. Management or similar

  • Between 0-3 years of work experience in consulting and/or collaborative work design - in particular using design thinking

  • A client-focused team player with a positive attitude that loves working with people

  • A flexible approach to work with tolerance for ambiguity

  • Fluently in English

It is a strong qualification if you are fluent in Mandarin, as we have a lot of interesting Mandarin speaking clients. Further, we will have you working with the Nordics most respected companies and delivery teams from day one.
