Ericsson's Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas: Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and Trade Compliance (compliance with customs, sanctions, and export control laws).

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to build out and implement a best-in-class third-party management program to help ensure that Ericsson’s business partners and other third parties meet our expectations for doing business with integrity, transparency and the right way!

Based in Stockholm, we expect you to focus on third party due diligence internationally - so a willingness to travel is required! This position reports to the Head of Third Party & Customer Compliance Management.

You will
  • Build out Ericsson’s Third Party Management program
  • Operationalize the due diligence process
  • Identify, mitigate and resolve anti-corruption risks posed by Ericsson’s ecosystem of third parties
  • Implement workflow and IT tools and other processes to support the Third Party Management program
  • Develop and conduct training across customer units and functions
  • Design monitoring programs to assess third parties’ compliance with Ericsson’s expectations
  • Build and deliver reports to senior leaders

To be successful in the role you must have
  • A university degree
  • Business / operational experience
  • The highest standard of integrity
  • 4-6 years of experience in compliance, including hands-on experience with Third-Party Management and due diligence of third parties, including resellers, consultants and other business partners
  • Deep knowledge of global anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. FCPA and U.K. Bribery Act
  • Outstanding analytical and project management skills, mature judgment and independent thinking
  • Proven ability to empower others and work across business and functional teams
  • Goal-oriented skills and ability to meet deadlines and make decisions
