The Customer & Cargo Coordination team in Stockholm is looking for a new colleague! Now you have the chance to gain great experience in shipping and influence the way of working in the team.


Key Responsibilities

Support the trade by using knowledge in data analysis to develop more efficient and accurate ways of working.

Coordinating cargo to fulfil contractual commitments and optimize the utilization of our vessels.

First point of contact for dedicated customers to handle forecasting, bookings and maintain an overall good customer experience.

Process improvement

  • Using our data to improve ways of working and support the team with your knowledge and ideas
  • Working together with our Customer Experience Team to develop our information sharing processes.
  • Look for opportunities to automate processes.

Cargo Coordination

  • Manage cargo allocation in alignment with capacity management
  • Follow up on space availability and deliveries
  • Responsible for liaison with Area Sales Teams, Port Operations and Terminal to enhance space allocations
  • Play an active role in execution of customer prioritization and optimal cargo mix decisions
  • Monitor volume levels and provide input on optimal routing and port rotation across the trade
  • Ability to foresee, identify, and initiate actions to support higher earnings

Customer Coordination

  • Act as primary customer interface to develop customer relationships and guide vessel scheduling based on customer requirements
  • Respond to all general customer enquiries, bookings and feedback
  • Support account management for your designated customers
  • Monitor customer KPIs and seek corrective action to ensure adherence to performance targets.

Requirements and personal skills


You have an interest logistics and data analysis
You are a “go getter” who finds solutions and drive towards a win-win solution with the business and customer. Being a strong believer in process automation.

You thrive in an international environment which is constant evolving.

You have previous logistics experience

You are comfortable working with Power BI, QlikView or similar analytical tools.

You are result orientated, commercially aware, solutions driven and able to focus on details and follow up when necessary.

You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written and high level of computer literacy.
