Nordex Sweden is looking for a trainee to join our Service team as a Service Improvement Working Student. We offer you the opportunity to put theory into practice in an international setting while enhancing operational performance across our wind service business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying opportunities for service improvement and helping implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The internship is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week, which can be flexibly combined with your studies. We hope that during the summer period you are available to work full-time. You will work in our Uppsala office with the possibility of partial remote work.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate project activities and support process governance to ensure consistency and timely execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collect and monitor stakeholder feedback to guide service improvement efforts
- Collaborate across teams to apply project management principles and enhance operational performance
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
- Some experience in administrative or project coordination roles
- Experience or interest in contributing to project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Office and SAP
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Your salary will be based on the study credits that you have earned:
>60 ECTS = 171,00 SEK/h
61-120 ECTS = 178,00 SEK/h
121–180 ECTS = 185,00 SEK/h
181–220 ECTS = 192,50 SEK/h
> 220 ECTS = 200,20 SEK/ h
