We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Valuer to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Malmö, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services, driving grow of the regional business, and leading strategic advisory projects.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
In addition to the responsibilities below, key responsibilities for a more senior profile at Partner level will also include a broader responsibility for the Malmö office as well as formulate and drive business development strategies in the relevant market.
Conduct comprehensive property valuations, including complex and sensitive assignments.
Provide strategic advice in connection with instructions involving acquisitions, development schemes, go to market analysis and much more
Manage and coordinate valuation projects, including the supervision of junior valuers and external consultants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
Contribute to the development of internal tools, policies and procedures related to the valuation process.
Participate in industry forums, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and network.
Qualifications:
In addition to the qualifications below, key qualifications for a more senior profile at Partner level include extensive and proven leadership and business development skills.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Professional certification as a valuer (e.g., MRICS, Samhällsbyggarna) is required.
Extensive experience in property valuation, with a focus on commercial real estate.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in Swedish and English.
