As a Tender Manager at Linxon you will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success by managing the tendering process for substation EPC projects.
What will you do?
- Lead the tendering process for Linxon's EPC projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals and bids.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, project management and legal to develop comprehensive tender responses that align with Linxon's business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tender documents, adhering to customer specifications and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process, from initial client engagement to final submission, negotiation and closure while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Analyse client requirements, technical specifications, and contractual terms to develop tailored and competitive proposals.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies during the tendering phase, ensuring alignment with Linxon's quality standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tendering, bid management or related role for EPC projects in private and public sector(LUF).
- Good technical understanding of substations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate diverse teams for successful tender submissions.
- Excellent knowledge of the Swedish market and regulatory landscape for EPC projects.
- Fluency in Swedish and English language.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and mentoring tendering teams.
- Familiar with relevant contractual formats such as ABT06
