Paligo is a fast-growing SaaS company offering a cloud-based Component Content Management System (CCMS), with an ARR of +$10m. Our platform enables global collaboration in creating, managing, translating, and publishing technical documentation.

With over 450 customers across 37 countries, we serve both global enterprises and national businesses including eClinical, Emerson Electric, Washington Post, Mitsubishi, and Sitecore. Our mission is to become the #1 CCMS provider by delivering an outstanding product, proving ROI, and ensuring a great customer experience.

About the Role

You will be responsible for both organic and paid traffic acquisition and conversion optimization on our website. And as one of the most critical challenges that's on the rise for marketers is zero click searches, your role will have the opportunity to develop strategies for Paligo’s appearance in AI / LLM driven research and how we appear in AI overviews in search engines.

You will also become a key stakeholder in developing both SEO and SEM capabilities for today’s competitive search engine landscape.

To get improved visibility, traffic and conversions, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and Content Writer, the Revenue Operations team, Product UX team and Digital Designer. You will report to the VP of Marketing.


Your Key Responsibilities


  • Own and optimize Paligo’s website, by driving quality, targeted traffic to the site and optimizing conversions

  • Stay on top of how our market and audiences are using AI chatbots to research us, and drive Paligo’s visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini etc.

  • Optimize how we rank in organic search results

  • Manage paid search (Google and Microsoft) and optimize their results

  • Manage Linkedin Ads and our affiliates (industry influences and organizations, industry news sites etc).

  • For the right person there is also an opportunity to take over and level up our ABM program where Marketing supports our outbounding program through display advertising.


Your goal is to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), resulting in a high-velocity sales pipeline


About You

  • 5-10 years in digital marketing

  • Bachelor/Masters or the equivalent experience

  • Hands-on skills in running and optimizing B2B websites with a strong interest in traffic acquisition and conversions

  • Strong skills in B2B search behaviour

  • Experience in paid channels like Google Ads and Linkedin Ads

  • Experience in Wordpress, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads

  • Demonstrated understanding of how AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini impact search behavior in B2B SaaS
