As part of our global Embedded Control Systems team, you’ll lead the development of next-generation control platforms—combining advanced sensing, robust firmware architecture, and seamless IoT integration. You’ll collaborate closely with our Physics, Modelling & Calculation (PMC) team to bring AI-driven control strategies to life.
What You’ll Do
Architect and develop embedded software platforms for environmental, electrical, and mechanical data acquisition
Drive innovation in sensor integration and data collection strategies
Design scalable, modular firmware with a focus on performance and maintainability
Mentor junior developers and champion best practices in DevOps and CI/CD
Collaborate across electronics, cloud, and modeling teams for cohesive system design
Contribute to strategic tech roadmaps including edge computing and AI integration
Establish robust development processes including code reviews and automated testing

What You Bring
10+ years of embedded software experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sr. Software Developer in C/C++ and Embedded Systems is mandatory
Expertise in C/C++, STM32, and RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS)
Strong understanding of embedded electronics and sensor interfaces
Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP) and secure connectivity
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, GIT, Linux, Python, and HIL testing
