WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join the Global Merchandising team within Sales and play a key role in the In & Post Season Value Stream. You’ll work with advanced AI technologies and leverage SQL, programming tools, and data modelling best practices to deliver actionable insights and optimize product performance.
Support in-season inventory planning, stock management, and end-of-season sale pricing using AI-powered pricing engines (Mark Down Online and Mark Down Retail).
Translate large volumes of data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across fashion retail and e-commerce.
Define, monitor, and visualize key KPIs and OKRs to drive transparency and measure success.
Lead data modelling conversations to ensure optimal data structures and model performance within your product area.
Act as the go-to analytics expert within your product team, collaborating end-to-end on data-driven product development and business case validation.
Please note that this is a temporary position for ~1 year, starting as soon as possible.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
A degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in analytics roles within retail, fashion, or tech-driven companies, ideally linked to product or business development.
Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, with experience using modern data tools such as Git and dbt for managing data transformation workflows.
A solid understanding of statistical and analytical methods applied to real-world data problems.
Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
