We’re looking for talented professionals to join Ericsson’s Global Journey Transformation unit, where we accelerate digital transformation aligned with executive priorities. This is a high-impact, strategic area shaping the future of how Ericsson operates.
While the role is posted as Senior Business Analyst, we are hiring across multiple seniority levels depending on experience and fit:
- Senior Business Analyst
- Business Transformation Manager
- Business Transformation Leader
This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change at scale.
You will:
- Lead or contribute to transformation initiatives, improving user and customer experience
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to define digital strategies and execution plans
- Translate complex needs into actionable requirements for tech teams
- Support adoption of new digital tools that enhance efficiency
- Define business cases, key metrics, and OKRs to track impact
- Work in a self-organizing team environment, managing priorities and execution
You bring:
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team growth
- Proactive, adaptable approach with comfort in ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex challenges
- Experience in business or digital transformation (ideally in global settings)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, business development, or analysis)
- Familiarity with strategic projects, agile ways of working, and tech industry is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees (M.Sc. or MBA) are a strong plus
More experienced candidates will be considered for Manager or Leader roles. These involve leading transformation projects and teams, with responsibility for delivery and results - so prior leadership and people management experience is essential.
