About the Role
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation to strengthen our HR technology team. In this role, you will configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support effective HR processes, compensation planning, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules.
Provide functional and technical expertise in system design, configuration, and support.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth HR operations.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users and best practices.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors product releases and recommend improvements.
Support workshops, pre-studies, and requirement management activities.
Requirements
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation structures, and analytics.
Experience with data integration and migration.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and experience with design workshops.
Background in global implementations within complex organizations.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
