We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist (English and Spanish speaking) for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in September, 3 months limited contract to begin with. This role is fully remote from Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules.
• Provide technical expertise in system design, implementation, and support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to align system functionalities with organizational goals.
• Ensure data integrity and security within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless HR operations.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Updated and take responsibility of Product Release & Road Map Information
Skill requirements
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation are required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation structures, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Experience with data integration/migration.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience of Analytics module is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferable experience of facilitating design workshops
• Experience of global implementations in an complex environment
• High experience of SAP Activate methodology
Location: 100% remote from Sweden
This role requires fluency in English, Spanish is an advantage.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso. Start is in September, 3 months contract to begin with.
