Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks relating to spending for businesses. Mynt is experiencing huge growth in the Nordic markets, serving over 17,000 business customers. We have recently secured substantial funding to support our continued expansion in Sweden and internationally.

In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an E-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Since 2022, we’ve launched several strategic partnerships, starting with Fortnox where we integrated corporate cards directly into their platform. In early 2023, we announced a similar partnership with Accountor Group in Finland. Since then, additional integrations have gone live — including Kleer and Wint. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the Role

Mynt is currently looking for a Finnish-speaking Sales & Business Developer to join our growing team. You will have a central role in expanding Mynt and work closely with our expansion to the Finnish market.

In your role as Sales & Business Developer you will take the responsibility to develop our business, mainly interacting with CEOs/CFOs. You will work with different projects to support our launch and expansion in Finland. The role will be located at our office in Stockholm.


Your main responsibilities

  • Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship development
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to set up meetings in the Finnish market
  • Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level execs and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales proces
  • Take ownership, being a Mynt ambassadeur and represent Mynt in the Finnish market

Qualifications


  • Proven experience of B2B sales, specifically within the Finnish market
  • Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills
  • Proven, creative and results-driven closer to win business at C-Level
  • Have experience from a startup environment and are comfortable working within a fast paced environment
  • Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English
