TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor with additional Visual Merchandising responsibilities to join our flagship store in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers while driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. In addition, you will take ownership of the store’s visual merchandising, ensuring the store environment is aligned with TOTEME’s standards and seasonal guidelines in close collaboration with HQ. You will report to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Uphold and adapt TOTEME’s visual merchandising standards in-store, ensuring inspiring displays, smooth collection launches, and collaboration with HQ and the team.
  • Plan and execute daily store operations.
  • Work towards company standards and goals.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
  • Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, clienteling, and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm flagship store, starting as soon as possible.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia. As a member of our dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative team, you will take part in exciting projects and milestones, evolving within your role as you contribute to the company’s growth.
