We are looking for a dedicated and motivated restaurant assistant to join our team at Sushi and Asian Hub. This role is suitable for those who thrive in a fast-paced and lively restaurant environment and who are passionate about quality food and good guest service.

You should:

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant
• Be interested in sushi and Asian cooking
• Be ambitious, responsible and willing to learn
• Have a good sense of hygiene, quality and food safety
• Be guest-focused and passionate about delivering a great experience
• Enjoy working in a team and contribute with a positive attitude
• Be able to handle stress and a high work pace
• Have good communication skills
• Knowledge of Swedish and a B driving licence is an advantage

Typical tasks:

• Preparing sushi and selected Asian dishes
• Serving customers and managing the checkout
• Cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards and washing dishes
• Assist in the daily operations and support the kitchen team
