You should:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant
- Be interested in sushi and Asian cooking
- Be ambitious, responsible and willing to learn
- Have a good sense of hygiene, quality and food safety
- Be guest-focused and passionate about delivering a great experience
- Enjoy working in a team and contribute with a positive attitude
- Be able to handle stress and a high work pace
- Have good communication skills
- Knowledge of Swedish and a B driving licence is an advantage
- Preparing sushi and selected Asian dishes
- Serving customers and managing the checkout
- Cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards and washing dishes
- Assist in the daily operations and support the kitchen team
