Job description
As researcher you are expected to lead and participate in research on leadership in sustainable real estate. The position involves to do research in collaboration with others, and to interact with the real estate industry.
The work will include writing research article, and also to present the article in a popular scientific format to companies, the public and researchers. The work will also have to be presented orally and in writing in different contexts, both in more scientific and more practical contexts. The position is connected to research projects at the Sustainable Finance Lab, KTH and you will work closely with the researchers who run the project.

Qualifications
Requirements
- A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in developing and participating in research projects.
- Research expertise regarding sustainability, finance and community building.
- Professional skills regarding analysis, report writing and oral presentation of advanced and scientific material.
- Teaching ability.
- The ability to work towards research results being utilised in practice.
- The ability to inform about research and development work.
- Experience of developing and leading activities and staff.
- Knowledge of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender equality.
- Collaborative skills regarding organizing and running networks of researchers and industry partners
- Independence regarding running projects on your own.
You as a person have an analytical way of working, with the ability to work multidisciplinary. You have a good ability to express yourself concisely and target group-specifically in writing. You value and understand the importance of a good collaboration.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.

About the employment
