About the role
As a Production Coordinator at Earselect, no day will be like the other. You’ll have a broad range of tasks, with the main responsibilities being:
Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track with timelines, scope, and budget.
Coordinating with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
Overseeing and maintaining Swedish studios, including equipment, organization, and cleanliness.
Developing and managing project documentation and studio support systems.
Arranging diverse recording solutions, from remote kits to multi-voice setups.
About you
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
Solid coordination and project management skills with the ability to be the ‘spider in the web’.
Proficient communication skills, with a successful track record of collaborating with internal and external partners.
Ability to function autonomously in a methodical manner.
A good understanding of end-to-end audio production.
Professional language skills in English, both written and spoken.
A team-oriented mindset and thrive in an organization where you work together with others.
Interest and motivation to continue learning about the audiobook world.
