What you will do
The Product Manager within the Buyer Group plays a pivotal role in enhancing the buyer's journey across their digital auction platforms. This position is crucial in ensuring that the purchasing experience is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with the company's mission to revolutionize B2B trade through smarter, more sustainable auction processes.
- Craft and manage the product roadmap based on data and customer input
- Use your empathy for customer jobs-to-be-done to identify and develop features that drive product growth and business value
- Rely on data-driven insights from customer behaviour, product usage and commercial performance to prioritize what matters most
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across tech, operations, marketing and sales to co-create the product vision and align on direction
- Clearly and concisely communicate your roadmap priorities and updates to all relevant stakeholders
- Lead development teams, translating product needs into functional requirements and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Balance optimizing future product improvements with maintaining the stability and performance of existing platforms
What you bring
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a product management role, leading agile squads to deliver scalable, product-led platform experiences
- Proven ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced digital environment like e-commerce or auctioning; B2B or B2C product experience is a plus
