Marketing Operations at Eliq is the analytical and operational brain of our GTM team. Anchored in marketing, this role ensures visibility, structure, and performance across the full funnel from first touch to forecast.
You’ll manage the systems, workflows, and reporting that power both day-to-day execution and long-term decision making. From campaign automation and persona tracking to funnel health and sales insights, your work enables smarter targeting, better handoffs, and cleaner forecasting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role: one foot in marketing, the other supporting the broader GTM motion. You’ll be the person who knows how everything connects and makes sure it works. We operate a highly targeted, account-based marketing and sales model, concentrating exclusively on large enterprise utility clients.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimise HubSpot CRM structure, data hygiene, and automation flows
Maintain dashboards that track performance across marketing, sales, and revenue
Support campaign execution with forms, landing pages, and campaign setup
Analyse funnel data, market segments, and persona coverage to support targeting decisions
Manage health scoring logic, reporting cadence, and inputs to revenue forecasting
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and CS on GTM tooling and performance insights
Ensure documentation and tooling are clear, scalable, and aligned across teams
Who You Are
Analytical, systems-oriented, and comfortable managing complex workflows
Grounded in marketing ops, but able to think commercially and cross-functionally
Experienced in CRM administration, automation, and performance reporting
Curious about market dynamics, target account research and account mapping
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
We think you consider yourself between Junior and Mid-level in the marketing field
Bonus Points
HubSpot CRM and dataset expertise
Familiarity with Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
Experience building reports or dashboards used by sales and finance
Comfortable supporting tech-driven marketing (e.g. webinars, outbound sequences)
📍Location: Gothenburg (on-site), or remote within Sweden, with regular travel to HQ
