We at Surgical Science develop products that train surgeons through advanced simulation – a combination of software and hardware that truly saves lives. We are now opening up the opportunity to welcome a curious and committed student who wants to learn software testing in practice.
The internship is a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 6 months, with a quick start. If it’s a LIA placement, we also require that it is at the final stage of the education.
What will you be doing with us?
✅ Write test cases and test plans
✅ Report bugs
✅ Support QA in testing and acceptance testing
✅ Participate in scrum meetings
✅ Work agile in close collaboration with development
We believe that you are:
Thorough, analytical, and linguistically skilled
Comfortable speaking, writing, and understanding English at an advanced level
Think it’s fun to write test cases and bug reports
Curious, attentive, and engaged in learning testing in practice
Have good knowledge of basic theory around software testing
Not afraid to tackle a complex system
Have an interest in the interaction between hardware and software, simulation, and VR
Extra meriting:
✔ Previous experience with testing
✔ Knowledge or interest in requirements management
✔ Experience or interest in games and simulators
✔ Experience with test automation
Experience with TestRail or similar testing tools is a plus, but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities!
