The role
We’re hiring multiple Lead Product Managers across a range of teams—including Core Product, AI focused, Integrations and more. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape foundational parts of our product and deliver powerful experiences that transform the way legal work gets done.
We are seeking experienced and passionate Lead Product Managers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated product area, taking full ownership of end-to-end workflows, and contribute to scaling our core infrastructure. We are looking for individuals who are energized by tackling complex challenges, thrive in a collaborative cross-functional environment, and are comfortable moving quickly in a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring successful execution to deliver impactful solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for your area—from discovery to launch and iteration
- Define strategy, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with your team and company leadership
- Turn complex user needs, technical inputs, and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
- Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and go-to-market teams to build and ship world-class solutions
- Balance usability, scalability, and compliance in fast-changing contexts
- Track product performance through qualitative and quantitative signals—and iterate rapidly
- Help shape our product culture with a focus on user empathy, craftsmanship, and results
- Stay on top of AI, product, and legal tech trends that can inform our work
Who you are
- You have several as a Product Manager, ideally in a high-growth or technical environment
- You’ve shipped complex products and are comfortable owning a product area end-to-end
- You have strong product sense and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action
- You’re a collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- You’re analytical, curious, and driven to deliver impact
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where speed and quality go hand in hand
