About the role
The Kitchen Retail & B2P Director is responsible for the end-to-end sales process on these two strategically important channels.
As Kitchen Retail & B2P Director you drive actions with passion and energy in adherence to Electrolux integrity & code of ethics. You master sales, negotiation, product portfolio, compliance and regulations. As Kitchen Retail and B2P Director you lead a Nordic organization with approximately 40 people, based in our four Nordic countries. The organization is made up of Nordic Key Account Managers, Local Key Account Managers, sales representatives for both channels, and coordinators. In Sweden and Finland, we have country managers for the B2P channels that reports to the KRT & B2P Director, and a Trade Operations Manager in Oslo leading a large team, also a direct report.
This position is one of the key positions for the future success of Commercial Area North.
Key operational responsibilities
- Active member in the CA North Commercial Triangle and Leadership team across all topics of the business.
- Shaping/influencing future Commercial Area strategy with a Kitchen Retail and B2P commercial focus.
- Drive and own the Kitchen Retail & B2P channel/s strategy and approach product areas and business models across Nordic markets.
- Build strong relationships with key customers across Nordics for a partner approach on commercial development.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure a fully rounded approach is taken to the channel plans, marketing and activation plans.
- Leading and coaching the team of Kitchen Retail & B2P.
- Identify gaps and highlight opportunities in the market to maximize sales and profitability, utilize data and market movements to shape and update the strategy.
- Close cooperation with sales operation & Demand Planning on forecasts, demand trends and market development and order processing.
- Support and liaise with product line on product range and portfolio.
- Extensive external communication with partners/retailers/key account/regional sales managers/external commercially relevant parties.
- Extensive network, engagement and interactions with project developers, contractors, kitchen retailers in the region.
Who You Are
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales or other.
- Effective and inclusive leadership skills, time management aptitude and drive.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships and lead groups, formally and informally in matrix organization, and influence actions and decisions to conform the goals of the company.
- Provides both business leadership and people leadership. Plans, monitors, co-ordinates and supervises the daily departmental activities and future strategies.
- Accountable for team results & departmental KPI deliverables as well as the annual strategic plan and budget.
