Job Description and Summary
We are looking for a committed and serviceminded junior project coordinator to join our tax services department in Stockholm, who wants to be part of a large and fast-growing international team within international tax and compliance services. As a junior project coordinator, your primary work will be to act as one point of contact for both clients and colleagues and to support the compliance service team with our global engagements.
You will work as part of a team of solution-oriented individuals, contributing to the resolution of complex business issues from strategy to execution. This collaborative effort extends to an international context, where you will engage with clients, colleagues, and leverage PwC global network. In Sweden, we are around 300 dedicated employees currently working within Tax Services across the country. Key Responsibilities -
Project Coordination:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet or exceed expectations.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and identify solutions.
- Promote a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze project reports, identifying key performance indicators.
- Provide insightful recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for project status updates and presentations.
Resource Management:
- Drive projects through the entire project lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources efficiently.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as a liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proactively address client concerns, maintain open communication, and manage expectations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven relevant working experience in project management or coordination (1-2 years).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Teamwork by ensuring that everyone feels welcome, valued, and they are supported to contribute.
- Time management, able to prioritize.
- Organizational skills (handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, monitor and meet deadlines, and handle complex projects efficiently).
- Critical thinking, approaching situations from the right perspective.

- Cost management, analyzing, forecasting, monitoring and reporting costs/budget.

Meritorious Skills -
- Skills in Swedish and/or another language are meritorious.
- Degree in finance, accounting, tax or a related discipline.
