Five years ago, in the spring of 2020, BookBeat launched in Poland with a local service. During our first years on the market, we have experienced a steep growth – especially when it comes to the number of users who have tried our service and now daily listen to audiobooks in our app. Our goal for the coming years is to build on this positive momentum and be one of Poland's leading audiobook apps. The role as Influencer Marketing Coordinator is perfect for you who are in the beginning of your career and wants to work in a fun and dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you are a curious doer with a data-driven approach. You truly enjoy "the hunt" that comes with influencer marketing and you are eager to develop within this area. You are interested in the influencer and podcasting market in Poland, and you also have a passion for (audio)books. You are also great at working independently and taking ownership of what you do, but at the same time thrive in a team-setting.
As Influencer Marketing Coordinator Poland, you will have a central role in the Polish marketing team. By your side, you'll have a close-knit team filled with marketers, designers, and analysts. You will report to our Senior Marketing Manager & Team Lead Poland, Anna Wiśniewska-Chodzidło. Your primary workplace will be our HQ in Stockholm.
The tasks include (but are not limited to):
- search, identify, and book (new) influencers
- continuously analyse and evaluate our marketing activities to ensure excellent performance and continued growth
- maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with our agencies and influencers
- write top-notch copy for different types of marketing materials (web, app, social, etc.)
We are looking for someone who:
- has a relevant university degree, preferably within marketing
- has worked with influencer marketing, digital sales or similar tasks for up to three years
As a person you:
- communicate fluently in Polish and have a good knowledge of English. If you understand Swedish, it is a plus but not a must!
- love the influencer-world and everything that comes with it
- enjoy digging into numbers! In other words: you are a result-oriented analyst with a big fondness for data
- are proactive and a self-starter
- are a true team player
- are a sharp communicator! You express yourself very well in both speech and writing
