Job Description
To enhance and drive a cohesive Cyber Security portfolio that strengthens the organization's security posture across tools, applications, cloud platforms, and service delivery, through a comprehensive, standardized approach aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a structured cybersecurity portfolio aligned with business and risk priorities.
Lead cross-functional programs to enhance cybersecurity capabilities across tools, platforms, and services.
Identify gaps in current security offerings and standardize services across the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and report portfolio performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of security awareness and drive continuous improvement in practices and delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with exposure to operations, governance, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls.
- Experience in managing or supporting a cybersecurity program or portfolio, with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in using metrics and data visualization tools to report on security performance.
- Strong grasp of security disciplines including incident response, vulnerability management, and identity/access controls.
- Experience implementing structured project management practices (e.g., Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologies).
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with business context and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
