Your role in the team
You will be part of the Swedish Retail Management team and report to the Country manager.
You will work in close collaboration with our five Regional Managers and play an active role in communicating with, training, and supporting Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers across our store network. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Kappahl Group Visual team, Concept Team and CVM in Kappahls other retail markets.
Currently, on a project basis, you have two Visual Merchandisers working in your team as Visual Support.
Your profile
You are an experienced visual merchandiser with a strategic mindset, a strong commercial focus and great communication skills. You have:
·Proven experience in visual merchandising at a regional or national level, preferably within retail.
·A strong eye for design, color, and form, combined with a business-oriented approach.
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to inform, lead and inspire others.
·Solid project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
·Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Are you interested?
The position is a full-time permanent position, with placement at our head office in Mölndal. Starting as soon as possible. Kappahl Group wants to be A Place To Belong therefore we work with a hybrid working environment, this means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for your and your teams work schedule. This role includes regular travel to our stores located across the country, ensuring consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards, providing hands-on support to local/regional teams and to create materials for “Best Practice Sharing”.
