Who we are looking for:
Certified Barista with Experience in Specialty Coffee
Your responsibilities:
- prepare espresso and filter coffee with precision and consistency;
- perform latte art and master specialty coffee techniques;
- greet guests warmly and take orders with attention to detail;
- assist with food service and light food preparation;
- contribute to smooth daily café operations in collaboration with management.
- you are fluent in English and have good communication skills;
- you speak and understand Swedish at least at a basic level;
- you are a certified barista with at least 2–3 years of experience in specialty coffee;
- you are skilled in both espresso and pour-over methods (e.g. V60, Kalita).
- you are service-minded and respectful to customers;
- you are friendly, positive, and willing to help others.
- full-time contract (100%);
- 6 months probation period;
- Paid lunch / meal subsidy, and Wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag);
- different shifts are available - to be discussed with employer in case of employment.
This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
