Business Controller
In this role you will act as a finance business partner to business units and local managers in Commercial Sweden. The role is in the Commercial Control organization, playing a vital role in supporting the organization through being strategic finance partners. The scope includes a wide range of responsibilities, e.g., securing reliability, availability, analyzing result and pedagogical visualization of data.
About the Role
As the Business Controller you will be an active member of both the Commercial Sweden Central Management team and Commercial Sweden Sales & Service Management. You will work closely with the business and will have a vital role in providing insights by analyzing and linking financial results to business, guide and challenge decisions and ensure our strategies are aligned with our financial goals. You will have a key role in analyzing the results, deliver forward-looking analysis and insights to predict trends, and to secure business performance and stability in financial results. Additionally, you will also manage processes like monthly and quarterly business review, financial plan/forecasting, competitor analysis and involvement in various projects. This work is performed closely with various stakeholders in different Business areas /units and levels of the organization, which requires sufficient soft skills as well.
