To ensure the future growth of the KONE Door Business, KONE has initiated a review of its Door Business to assess its optimal structure and synergies. The aim to evaluate the best environment for growing the business in a way that benefits its customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

Do you want to be a part of this transformation and be a leading partner to take KDB into next level. We are now looking for a Branch Manager to the KDB with location in Kista or according to agreement.

As a Branch Manager you will be an important addition to the KDB Leadership team in Nordics, reporting to Nordics Managing Director and have the important role to lead and coach the team of Supervisors and salespersons to reach the business targets and objectives. You will be responsible for implementing approved strategies, achieving budget targets, and executing business development programs within your region where you will have full P&L responsibility. Furthermore, you will be driving the specific business change initiatives, ensuring business benefit realization, promoting customer centricity and our digital transformation. KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Master's degree in financial/commercial or technical field.
  • Prior working experience within people leadership
  • Experience and skills from Customer relationship management.
  • Experience with change management in a structured manner.
  • Proven ability to achieve tangible business results.
  • Solid operational and commercial business experience
  • Swedish and English full professional proficiency.

You encourage team members to share and implement their ideas and understand the value of cooperation between functions. We also think you have the ability to take on customer´s perspective and to see the importance of focusing on those activities which are critical to customer satisfaction. Since you will be supporting in management of Key Customer Relationship, your experience within Customer relationship management will be appreciated.

You are a visionary who can inspire the organization to take on KDB’s transformation and you also understand the basics of operations management and can ensure that our results stay on track month-to-month.

For you it is important to keep yourself up-to-date on current developments in the industry and to always seek opportunities for improvement.

Safety comes first at KDB; therefore, it is important making sure that safety and business process are regularly audited. In this role you will continually identify any needed corrective actions and get them implemented. The Branch Manager is accountable for safety of employees and end-users.
