Seeking a Bosun for a 65m+ performance sailing yacht with a private, dual-season program that blends competitive racing with adventurous, off-the-beaten-path cruising.
You’ll join a well-established deck team of five, on a yacht known for its crew longevity, strong team dynamic, and high operational standards. The ideal candidate will come from a performance sailing background, hold a minimum of YM Ocean, and be a confident watch keeper with strong sailing and navigational skills.
Racing experience is highly desirable, as is previous experience of performance yachts. Strong background in deck hardware maintenance, and a hands-on approach are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, adventurous yacht with an exciting and varied itinerary.
The crew is active and sporty, enjoying team activities, water sports, and hiking. The program includes remote cruising and racing, with upcoming plans for Greenland and Norway, followed by a return to the UK and Caribbean for the winter regatta season.
